Cluep Club Party

Cluep’s 2025 Holiday Party brought together the internal team, clients, and partners for an evening that blended celebration with immersive digital art. The event began with a private team dinner, followed by a cocktail reception at the historic University Club of Toronto—transforming the venue into a branded, interactive environment.

I was responsible for shaping the event’s visual identity and digital experience across both physical and virtual touchpoints. This included designing branded visual elements and printed materials, collaborating on venue design, and developing a suite of real-time and pre-rendered 3D works tailored for the celebration.

In the main ballroom, I created a continuous 3D animation loop rooted in Cluep’s brand identity, projected as the event’s central visual anchor. To extend the immersive atmosphere, I built a real-time motion-capture installation in Unreal Engine, allowing live inputs to drive on-screen animations.

Another highlights was a real-time 3D environment—a whimsical garden/grassland scene featuring the company’s mascot avatars dancing and inviting guests into the festive mood. Built entirely in UE5, the world reacted dynamically, adding a playful, interactive layer to the evening.

Together, these elements reshaped the holiday gathering into a branded, multi-sensory experience that blended motion design, real-time technology, and spatial design into one cohesive celebration.
